  • How long does it take to set up?
    For a single number redirected to a mobile or landline, you can be ready to go in as little as 5 minutes.

    For something a little more complex, incorporating features such as time base routing and advanced call management, it may take a little longer, but our expert account handlers are there to guide you at every step of the way and will have you up and running in no time at all.

  • How long is the contract?
    There is no fixed contract term, you just need to give us 30 days notice when you wish to cancel.
  • Do you charge for changing my redirect number?

    Some providers will charge as much as £10 for changes you make to your service, but at Verbatim we won’t charge you a penny – its all included in your fixed monthly charge.

  • Are there any other charges I should be aware of?
    Calls to an 01 or 02 number will cost you 4.5p per minute
    Calls to an 0800 number will cost you 6.5p per minute
    Calls to an 0844 number have no per minute charge*. You only pay the monthly service charge.

    *It is worth bearing in mind that 0844 numbers will typically cost your caller more than 01, 02 numbers or 0800 numbers.

  • Can I route to a Voip number?
    You can route to any phone number you like and you can change that number as often as you wish without extra charges. We also have a range of call management options to allow you to route calls to different numbers at different times of the day or to a different number if the first one is engaged.
  • How many concurrent calls can I receive?
    There’s no practical limit to the number of concurrent calls you can receive. If you expect a high volume of calls in a short period of time we can help set up advanced call management to reroute those calls to different numbers, all as part of the standard service we provide. And, if you’re struggling to handle those calls, we can even help answer them for you!
  • Can I port an existing number?

    Absolutely. All providers should allow you to do this and we can help ensure the process is as simple and straightforward as possible.
