  • I try to find outsourcing partners who have the same core values as my own. We treat our outsourced members as part of the team. After all, if it works for great businesses when they build their own internal teams… so why not when outsourcing too?

    For me, the question would always be – would I be happy putting them in front of my clients? Even if their role would never mean they would ever have direct contact with my client, I still like to have that confidence. I guess that’s what your clients are effectively doing when they outsource their call answering services to you!
