Innovation
We’re constantly looking for new and innovative ways to offer an even better service. Our VIP service is one such innovation and came about as a direct result of feedback from a client.
The VIP service, an automatic part of the call answering service, lets us recognise a caller from their caller id even before they’ve spoken. We thus know who they are, where they’re from and how to address them, which means we create and maintain a highly-professional image for all our clients.
