 Admittedly at first I was a little unsure if we really needed the services of Verbatim. We have our own receptionist, Julia who’s great and most of the time she manages fine. However there are frequently times when we have customers walking in and the phone won’t stop ringing. This is when Verbatim has proved invaluable. We can really concentrate on our customers giving them our full attention, we never have to keep them waiting whilst we answer an endlessly ringing phone. And we no longer hear the dreaded “I have tried calling a few times but...”. However the main impact has been on our bookings thanks in part to the fact that we now never miss a new opportunity. The receptionists are great and I can’t recommend Verbatim highly enough!”
