Recruitment and Media Response

Data collected by our receptionists is automatically transferred to our fulfilment team. We then sort it and load it into a custom-built software application, which enables us to print personalised letters, and automatically to pick the product or service information requested by your caller.

For example, your company might be advertising a number of different jobs. Callers will call to register their interest. At the end of each day, you might have say 30 enquiries for 5 different roles or positions. Our software will merge the data, create a letter, and attach the relevant information to each letter.
