Field Sales Executive Position at Verbatim.

Newbury-based Verbatim are currently looking for a home-based Field Sales Executive. The successful applicant will be reporting to Sales Manager Adam Hillier.

Verbatim are ten years old this year and provide telephone reception services and other inbound call handling facilities to a wide range of clients which include:

 

• SME's
• Professional firms including Solicitors, Estate Agents such as Savills, Knight Frank and independents
• Departments of UK based multi nationals such as Vodafone and Volkswagen UK Ltd
• The NHS and local authorities
• Currently we answer 40,000 calls a month for over 500 companies throughout the UK.

Verbatim have a 5-year growth plan in place to develop a customer base of 2000 customers. The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in this plan, gaining new business through a combination of methods:

Face to face selling in a consultative manner
Appointments made by:
 

• Networking
• Cold calling
• Referral marketing from existing client base
• Leads supplied from web enquiries

A generous package includes a base salary of £20k- £25K depending on experience. A car allowance of £5000 p.a will be paid as salary. With commission paid for all new business signed (with no limits) OTE for the first year is around £40k, rising to £50k in the second year.
