Verbatim now handles 1200 calls a month. Each individual in the company has their calls handled in their own preferred way.
The company did not replace the receptionist who was leaving, and the remaining receptionist was absorbed into the production team. Efficiency has been increased, and a saving of over £2000 pm is made.
