You’re given an 0845 phone number, and there are 2 ways of using it for overflow call management. (Alternatively you can retain your existing numbers and have them diverted to Verbatim)

1. Divert calls to your 0845 phone number

Your calls can be diverted to Verbatim who will answer them in your company name and then take a message whenever

your phone is engaged or isn’t answered
you’re in a meeting, at lunch or on holiday
you’re busy and don't want to answer right now.

2. Use your 0845 phone number as your business number.

All calls made to this number are automatically diverted to your phone or mobile.
If you’re busy or the phone is engaged, your calls can be diverted to Verbatim who will answer them in your company name and then take a message.
